2013 studio Editions of the Greek daily newspaper 'I Kathimerini' since 2010, have been cutout in flower patterns and fixed together with bright orange thread, forming a transparent curtain.
A series of pencil drawings on page 6 of the Sunday edition of the same newspaper has the title 'Wallpapers'. The flower drawings refer to the drawings one makes during a telephone conversation. The page 6 of the newspaper that my mom used to send me, has never commercial advertisement but every Sunday four columns with images of art pieces from current exhibitions.
The presentation of this series is inspired by the way Greek kiosk owners hang daily newspapers in front of their stores.

The presentation of the 'Wallpapers' is inspired by the way Greek kiosk owners hang daily newspapers in front of their stores. The thus presented editions of the newspapers 'I Kathimerini' show flower drawings in pencil referring to the drawings one makes during a telephone conversation, thinking of something else.
